Large-scale Scientific Computing

The UW provides significant computing resources for scientists.

If your computing task is comprised of many separate processes using less than 128GB of RAM (as of Oct 2020) you may be interested in using the UW Physics HTCondor system.  This allows you to use your Physics account to submit HTCondor jobs to large HTCondor computer pools on campus, including CHTC and HEP.  It is also linked to the Open Science Grid.

If your computing task uses more RAM check here for other on-campus computing resources.
